Corporate Office NT merges high performance Windows® NT processing with robust automated attendant, audiotext, voice and fax mail capabilities and more than 60 other standard features. 
The Windows NT platform empowers Corporate Office NT installers and administrators with complete control-from anywhere on the network and at any time. Supervisors can add or adjust mailboxes, change call routing, generate reports, back up the system, even adjust files used for database lookups and IVR applications, all from any NT workstation on the LAN and without interrupting system operation.
Subscribers enjoy full on-screen control of mailbox functionality. With Visual Call Management® (VCM) subscribers can view and modify their mailbox setups from their Windows 95® or Windows NT PC desktops. Users can manage mailbox messages, record, activate, and manage mailbox greetings, even set up message delivery and pager delivery numbers and time schedules-all from VCM's graphical screens.
VCM also brings subscribers complete inbound call control, through convenient screen pops that display automatically each time a call is received. Users can decide to redirect each call, record or queue the call, screen the call or play a certain greeting to the caller.
Subscribers who receive faxes attached to voice mails can use VCM's Visual Fax feature to view the fax directly on their PC desktop. And with all Key Voice NT-based systems subscribers have direct fax-from-the-desktop capabilities-without modems or special phone lines.
Like all other Key Voice systems, Corporate Office NT provides users an easy-to-understand box set up architecture. Corporate Office NT offers 4-64 port configurations and up to 10,000 boxes. Through low-cost, no-hassle upgrade packages, you can expand this system into iNTerchange.
