Key Voice® introduces a monumental change in corporate
messaging: iNTerchange.

iNTerchange revolutionizes communication by breaking down the barriers of conventional messaging. Voice mail, e-mail, and faxes merge, allowing total control over the flow of message information that is so vital to successful business. Messages move between communication devices without regard to message type, offering unprecedented expediency of access, prioritization and management. With iNTerchange, the boundaries keeping your company from efficient communication and maximum profitability are gone.

Explore new frontiers of efficiency

Where ever they are, they'll get the message.

With iNTerchange, workers receive all their messages, regardless of type, in a single universal in box.

NTerchange gives workers the freedom to access all their voice, fax, and e-mail messages from either a PC or a telephone. From a PC, the Microsoft Outlook® Inbox becomes a comprehensive message center, allowing workers an instant view of their complete communication situation. Faxes can be viewed right on-screen, and printed, with all the ease and privacy of e-mail messages. Voice mail messages can be played as .WAV files through the Inbox. And faxes and voice mail messages can be created and sent right from the desktop.

From a phone, a sophisticated text-to-speech engine allows workers to listen to their e-mail messages (even converting punctuation, abbreviations,  short-hand and nonstandard message layouts into natural speech).

Faxes can be routed to the nearest fax  machine. And voice mail messages are accessed with peak efficiency. It's all as easy as listening to voice prompts and using a telephone keypad.

iNTerchange also allows workers to mix media when working with messages. For example, they can forward a voice mail message as a .WAV file attachment to an e-mail. With iNTerchange, the convenient opportunities for increased productivity are truly boundless.

An integral part of any office out there.
Whether your office is expanding or expansive, iNTerchange will become your focal point of communications.
iNTerchange will deliver exponential value by integrating its mission-critical functions and abundant features seamlessly into your phone system and local area network, leveraging the components you already have in place.
iNTerchange operates on any LAN running TCP/IP. Microsoft Windows® 95, 98, NT and Novell® LANs all supportthis protocol. The iNTerchange text-to-speech e-mail reader feature works with  Microsoft Exchange Server® or any e-mail server that is POP3 compliant, including those used by Internet service providers.
On client PCs, iNTerchange simply requires a Microsoft Outlook® 98 or 2000 Inbox. And iNTerchange offers all the benefits and familiarity of Windows NT, since the iNTerchange server is built on Windows NT architecture.
The iNTerchange server further complements your network design and maintenance efforts by simply participating on the network as any other client. This allows the system to be protected within the bounds of your existing network security umbrella. Backup, security and directory utilities you have employed for other critical process servers can also include and protect the iNTerchange server. And though it's integrated into the LAN, iNTerchange performs all voice processing locally. So if it is ever necessary to bring the network connection down, iNTerchange continues to answer the phones, process calls, and take voice and fax messages (which can be retrieved via telephone).
When implemented in con-junction with Microsoft Exchange Server, iNTerchange delivers additional convenience to both network administrators and users. Through Microsoft Exchange Administrator®, you can set up and manage voice mailboxes on the iNTerchange server at the same time other network accounts are created or modified. And you have the choice of storing users' voice, fax, and e-mail messages in personal folders on client PCs or directly on the Exchange server. Microsoft Exchange Server allows iNTerchange users to access both voice and e-mail messages with Outlook Web Access®*.

Installation through the network and incremental licensing allows iNTerchange to be scaled for companies of any size. Implement iNTerchange on a scale that fits your needs, providing iNTerchange features to additional workers as your organization grows.

As a Windows-based PC system, iNTerchange will evolve with technology. Other platforms don't offer this security. As Key Voice engineers incorporate new technologies, you can add them to your already feature-rich system. iNTerchange protects you from obsolescence and prepares you for growth beyond your current boundaries.
