MERLIN MAGIX Integrated Network Access
The simple addition of the MERLIN MAGIX Integrated Network Access circuit module enables local and long distance voice calling and high-speed Internet access across your Local Area Network (LAN) through a single T1 connection. Integrated Network Access combines the functionality of T1/PRI (Primary Rate Interface), a data router, DSU/CSU (Data Service Unit/Channel Service Unit) and a firewall on a single circuit card. With the evolutionary design of the MERLIN MAGIX system and its Integrated Network Access application, your business will be ready to take advantage of powerful new solutions that will evolve as voice and data communications continue to converge.





PassageWayTM Direct Connection Solution
The PassageWay Direct Connection Solution combines the power of business telephones and personal computers. With this system, you can manage incoming and outgoing calls, organize personal information, and store client information in a database. The PC can bring specific information on-screen, based on the source of the incoming call, or it can dial selected telephone numbers with the click of a mouse. The PassageWay Direct Connection Solution is compatible with the DEFINITY®, MERLIN MAGIX, and PARTNER® systems.





MERLIN® Messaging
MERLIN Messaging is ideal for companies that are new to voice messaging as well as for growing companies with changing business needs. Housed inside the MERLIN MAGIX Integrated System, MERLIN Messaging is affordable and flexible, supporting 100 hours of message storage for two, four, or six ports, and up to 200 subscribers. And, MERLIN Messaging offers voice mail, call handling, and Automated Attendant features that work seamlessly with the MERLIN MAGIX Integrated System, as well as MERLIN LEGEND® system R7.

Web Communications Server
The Web Communications Server gives companies an easy, economical way to enter the world of e-business while enhancing their current messaging communications. With the Web Communications Server and InstantConnectsm from Encanto Networks, a company can establish its own Internet domain name, have secure, cost-effective Internet access, create and host its own Web site and storefront, take orders with secure credit card transactions, and have e-mail with up to 200 mailboxes and 100 hours of message storage. The Web Communications Server can be installed as a standalone server in any switch environment, but when installed with the MERLIN with MERLIN Messaging Release 2, voice mail and e-mail messages can be retrieved through the same mailbox.

INTUITYTM AUDIX® VS
INTUITY AUDIX VS provides small and mid size businesses with an affordable entry into multimedia messaging. It includes a full range of voice mail, Automated Attendant, and call routing capabilities. Message Manager, which gives you a consolidated, personalized way to manage all your messages from your PC, and fax messaging are available as well as optional applications. Additionally, a software enhancement enables multimedia collaboration using Internet standards.

Octel® 100 Messaging
Octel 100 Messaging offers voice and fax messaging integrated with PARTNER®, MERLIN MAGIXTM, DEFINITY® ProLogixTM and DEFINITY BCS systems. Its networking capabilities make messaging between remote locations and different systems economical and simple, using standard protocols. And, it provides an array of user-friendly tools, including graphical interfaces for managing messages from a desktop PC and for designing customized applications.





TransTalk® 9000 Digital Wireless System
The TransTalk 9000 system delivers the mobility and convenience of multi-line digital wireless phones fully integrated with Avaya PARTNER®, MERLIN LEGEND®, MERLIN MAGIXTM, and DEFINITY® communications systems. Available as a dual-zone or single-zone system with up to 500,000 square feet of coverage per zone, TransTalk 9000 can support small offices as well as larger facilities. Advanced digital technologies and patented Avaya Labs algorithms allow the TransTalk 9000 system and TransTalk Pocket Phone 9031 to deliver crystal-clear voice quality virtually indistinguishable from 'wired' telephones.

Business Cordless 905 Telephone
The Business Cordless 905 Telephone delivers the convenience of a multi-line digital wireless phone that fully integrates with Avaya PARTNER®, MERLIN®, MERLIN LEGEND®, and MERLIN MAGIXTM communications systems. This integration allows users to have freedom of movement within an office and still use the same Avaya system telephone features and control they have with their desk phones. The Business Cordless 905 uses 900 MHz radio technology for maximum voice reliability and clarity.





MERLIN MAGIX Basic Customer Care (BCC) Solution
MERLIN MAGIX BCC provides a full array of built-in call center and call management capabilities for small and mid size businesses with departmental sales and customer service operations.
