PARTNER Advanced Communication System (ACS)

PARTNER Voice Messaging
This affordable system provides easy-to-use voice mail with basic features to help improve customer service and employee efficiency. PARTNER Voice Messaging works like a sophisticated answering machine but does not require a separate piece of equipment. Instead, it comes on a special diskette that plugs right into the PARTNER ACS, with no cables or adapters required.

PARTNER MAIL VS® System
This powerful system adds to the basic voice mail features, offering more flexibility and added opportunities to meet callers' needs and help employees be more productive. And, the PARTNER MAIL VS system provides advanced capabilities while keeping voice mail easy to use and cost-effective.

PARTNER MAIL® System
This system accommodates larger, more demanding voice mail needs, providing the features of the PARTNER MAIL VS system plus additional capacity for greater voice mail traffic and more customized Automated Attendant menus.

Octel® 100 Messaging
Octel 100 Messaging offers voice and fax messaging integrated with PARTNER®, MERLIN MAGIX^TM, DEFINITY® ProLogix® and DEFINITY BCS systems. Its networking capabilities make messaging between remote locations and different systems economical and simple, using standard protocols. And, it provides an array of user-friendly tools, including graphical interfaces for managing messages from a desktop PC and for designing customized applications.

Octel® 50 Messaging
Octel 50 Messaging offers less sophisticated voice and fax messaging than the Octel 100 system. The Octel 50 solution runs on standard, open-architecture DOS PC hardware, making it easy to implement. A voice tutorial guides the user through the process of selecting passwords and recording basic prompts. And, a menu-driven supervisor interface eliminates the need for a system administrator with extensive technical training.
